  • Do I work with the same person each week?

    Yes, we assign an assistant specifically to your project. All the worload will handled by the assigned assistant. We can add another assistant if you are willing to assign specific tasks requiring extra help or skills. However, everything is discussed in advance with the customer.

  • Is my virtual assistant available on weekends?

    Our working time is Monday through Friday. You can submit your tasks anytime, and your virtual assistant will make sure to handle it based on deadline, Package, and oher terms discussed before starting a project or individually

  • Are the hours set? Is there any flexibility?

    The schedule is always discussed with the customer.  For example : A part-time (4 hours per day) assistant will be assigned to your tasks. If you don’t use all 4 hours on a given day but need more time on the following days, we can discuss how to handle it and find a suitable solution for both sides.

  • Am I involved in the selection of the Assistant?

    We are sending CVs, so you can interview the suggested assistant.

  • Where are they likely to be based?

    Our BPO department is  based in Lviv, Ukraine.

  • There will be times over the next 4 months when it’ll be crazy busy; can we buy extra time?

    Our team members have MA (Master of Arts)  in different subjects.

  • What services does a virtual assistant offer? 

    Our assistants offer a wide range of services: from routine administrative tasks to assignments requiring extra skills. However, the assignments are discussed in advance.

  • How many hours does a virtual assistant work? 

    It depends of your needs. Taking them into account, we can choose the best package for your maintenance. Anyway, you can start with a small package and gradually increase Package and the number of hours per day.

  • Do we sign the non-disclore agreement? 

    Yes, we sign an NDA about data confidentiality. Besides that, our computer systems are equipped with appropriate protective means (We are ISO 27001 cetrified)

  • How will you match me to a Virtual Assistant?

    In case the suggested virtual assistant isn’t the right match for you, we won’t rest until the perfect one is found. Anyway, your assistant can be replaced, if case you need it.

  • How do plans work?

    Your plan will include a set amount of hours, covering the work your assistant will do for you.  You can upgrade your plan or add extra hours to cover busy months.

  • How can I track my assistant's progress?

    Your assistant keeps a running total of the time spent on your tasks. We are sending a weekly Status Report about the time and tasks.
    Also, the assistant can report to you via your internal PM tools on a daily basis.

  • How could we know how much time do you spend on the particular task?

    We send weekly reports on the work done

  • Can you show me an example of a status report ?

    Yes, sure. We will send you as soon as you need it.

  • How much time is required to train a virtual assistant to do tasks for me?

    This depends on the volume and complexity of the tasks your virtual assistant will be taking care of. Simple tasks often require no training. For more complex tasks mostly the detailed instructions are enough and then a quick call with your assistant to run through it and answer any questions refines the routine.

  • Is there a setup fee?

    There’s no setup fee. Just choose the plan, make a payment for the first month and get started.

  • What about confidentiality? Is my sensitive data safe?

    All of our assistants sign comprehensive Non-Disclosure Agreements, crafted by legal professionals, to protect your confidential information. In addition, they work in a  secured environment. Company ISO 27001 certified.

  • I work in a larger organization, how can I approach my manager with the idea of  virtual assistants?

    We’d recommend explaining that BPO assistant will help to significantly improve your productivity for up to 90% less than the cost of hiring an assistant and without adding to headcount.
