If you are hiring a bilingual Virtual Assistant (for example English/German, the price will be discussed additionally and we`ll use a coefficient of 1,2 or higher depending on the language level).

Engagement Manager

The VAfromEurope manager will collaborate with you to develop customized processes, resolve issues, and serve as your process design architect and delegation mentor.
Also, all the time spent on the tasks will be additionally checked in with VAfromEurope and you will receive regular weekly Status Reports.

Dedicated Assistant

You’ll have a close working relationship with your VAfromEurope assistant. Each assistant uses equipment owned, secured and supported by our company IT department adhering to ISO 27001 standards.

Backup Assistant

The support of a backup assistant (during vacation, sickness, etc.) is discussed with each customer individually and depends on the customer’s needs.
